Enhanced Accuracy Pass (advanced)
Which moment of the run a visual check is compared on, and how far it looks.
What it is
A visual check first finds its element, then compares it with what you expect.The Enhanced Accuracy Pass decides which moment is compared: the instant the element was found, or the best-looking moment in the short time after it.
It happens after the run, on the run's own video.It never changes how the test clicks or types.
Why it exists
An element is often found while the screen is still settling: a page still loading, a menu still fading in, a phone screen still sliding.Compared at that instant, a perfectly good button can look half-drawn and fail.
The pass looks at the frames that follow, keeps the one where the element looks its best, and compares that one.It stops where the test's next step begins, so it never looks at a screen the test has already moved on from.
The File menu takes a third of a second to fade in.The test finds "Save" while it is still half transparent.With the pass on Extended or Deep, the check compares the fully drawn menu and passes.With it Off, the same check may fail on a menu that was perfectly fine.
The levels
A deeper level finds the best moment even after a long animation.It also takes longer after the run, because more frames are checked for every visual check.

The report shows the pass's details only when you ask for them: Settings, Preferences, Confidence Report, Advanced.The pass runs either way.
