One account on this website is all you need: it holds your trial or your plan, and it is what you sign in to the apps with.

Everything about your account is on one page.Open it from Your account at the top of this website, or from the menu under your picture in the apps.

Your name and picture
In Your profile, type your first and last name and click Save name.Change picture takes a JPEG, PNG or WebP picture; Remove picture takes it off again.
If you sign in with Google, your Google picture is used until you choose your own.Without any picture, your initials stand in.Your name and picture show on this website, in the apps, and to the owner and members of your team.
The free trial
Your trial starts the moment you create your account: 15 days with every feature, on one computer.We ask for no payment details, so nothing is charged and nothing renews by itself.
When the trial ends, the apps stop and ask you to choose a plan.Your tests, recordings and results are your own files: nothing is lost, and everything works again as soon as you have a plan.

Pick the plan and the number of users
In Choose a plan: Individual for yourself, Small Team for 2 to 5 users.Each user is one seat: one person on one computer.

Pay on the secure checkout
The payment is handled by our payment partner, who also calculates the tax for your country and sends an invoice for every payment.

Come back to your account
Your plan shows within a minute, and the apps pick it up by themselves.
Enterprise, for 6 users and more, starts with a conversation: contact us and we send you a personal checkout link.
Change or cancel a plan

If a payment fails, the account page says so and the plan keeps working for a few days, time to update the card.
Password and sign-out
Change password in the Security card emails you a link, valid for one hour.The same link is behind Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
Sign out at the top of the account page signs you out of this website only.The apps on your computers stay signed in; to stop one, deactivate its computer.
