These terms apply to your use of this website and your GUI Test Studio account, provided by GUI Test Studio SARL.The use of the software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement you accept when installing it.
Your account
You need a valid email address to create an account, or a Google account to sign in with.Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens under your account.Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.How we handle your data, including what Google tells us when you sign in with Google, is described in our privacy policy.
Free trial
A new account includes a 15-day trial with every feature.No payment details are required and nothing is charged when the trial ends.One trial per person or organisation.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly per user through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes, invoices and refunds according to its own buyer terms.A subscription renews every month until you cancel it; after cancelling, it keeps working until the end of the period already paid.Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Licenses
Each paid user receives a license for their own use.Individual licenses cover one workstation.You may not share, resell or sublicense a license, or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it.
Your content
Your tests, recordings and results belong to you and stay on your machines.We claim no rights over them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or the software to break the law, to attack or overload systems you are not authorised to test, or to infringe other people's rights.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it is provided as it is.To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses.Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email.You can close your account at any time by writing to us from its email address: we delete it, with its data, within one month.A running subscription is cancelled first, from your account page.
